Expertise this precise deserves content just as precise.

Mawazeen Vocational Consulting works in fields that leave no room for ambiguity — legal advisory, valuation and asset services, where trust is built on precision, clarity and credibility. MAZ NEXA proposes a focused content writing and creative design engagement that turns that professional expertise into clear, credible and visually engaging content reflecting Mawazeen’s institutional positioning. The scope is deliberately tight: we produce the finished, ready-to-publish content — we do not publish, manage accounts or run paid media.

The challenge & our answer

From expertise that lives in documents to expertise that is seen and understood.

The gap is not the quality of the advisory work. It is how clearly it is presented, how consistently it looks, and how regularly it appears.

Where things stand today

  • Professional expertise is documented in reports and files — not in communications a client grasps quickly.
  • The language of valuation and legal advisory is technical by nature, and does not transfer to social platforms as-is.
  • Content is produced when needed, so nothing compounds into a presence.
  • There are no agreed content pillars — every post starts from a blank page.
  • Arabic and English are written separately, so meaning and tone drift apart.

After this engagement

  • Defined content pillars tied to Mawazeen's services and its professional audience.
  • A monthly calendar approved before production starts — no surprises, no last-minute work.
  • 23 finished creatives a month in one consistent visual language.
  • Copy written natively in Arabic and English, proofread before delivery.
  • Complex advisory topics turned into clear messages that keep their credibility.
What is in this proposal

Four sections — from scope to commercials.

Who Mawazeen is

A Saudi professional consulting house — legal, valuation and asset services.

Mawazeen operates in professional sectors where the relationship rests on credibility, precision and clarity. This proposal serves exactly that character: composed, institutional content — not consumer promotion.

Legal advisory

  • Content that explains the service without giving advice — a line we hold in every text.
  • Precise language that respects regulatory phrasing and does not over-simplify.

Valuation

  • Turning methodologies and standards into understandable messages without losing technical accuracy.
  • Content that builds trust in the method before it builds demand for the service.

Asset services

  • Presenting capability and coverage in language aimed at an institutional decision-maker.
  • Visual consistency so every asset reads as coming from one disciplined organisation.

Why this scope specifically

This is not an account-management engagement. Mawazeen has chosen the narrower, deeper scope: production. We own the creative ideation, professional copywriting, creative direction, visual design, quality assurance and the agreed revisions — while publishing, account management and the day-to-day audience relationship stay with Mawazeen. The result: ready-to-use content that arrives on time, every month.

Scope of work

Exactly what is included — and what is not.

We state the exclusions as plainly as the deliverables, because clear boundaries are what make an engagement work.

Included in this engagement

  • Development of content pillars aligned to Mawazeen's objectives, audience, services and initiatives
  • A structured monthly content calendar setting out themes, formats, publishing dates and key messages
  • Original creative concepts for campaigns, seasonal occasions, awareness content and announcements
  • 15 static creatives per month, following Mawazeen's visual identity
  • 5 animated creatives per month to lift engagement through motion storytelling
  • 3 short reels per month, built for impact
  • Caption writing and hashtags for every post, including considered Arabic hashtags
  • Bilingual adaptation of selected content between Arabic and English, preserving meaning and tone
  • Proofreading and quality assurance on all content before delivery
  • Two design revision rounds within the agreed scope and timeline

Outside scope (quoted separately if needed)

  • Publishing to the platforms — files are delivered ready for Mawazeen's team to post
  • Account management, community management and replying to comments or messages
  • Paid advertising — budget, campaign management and ad reporting
  • Photography and on-location shoot days
  • Video production involving filming — reels are produced from assets, design and motion
  • Brand identity build or redesign — we work inside Mawazeen's existing identity
  • Revisions beyond the two included rounds
  • Font and stock-image licences if required — purchased in Mawazeen's name, at cost
Workstream one

Content & copywriting — from pillar to proofread text.

No design begins before it is decided what it says. This workstream fixes what Mawazeen talks about, when, and in which words — in Arabic and English together.

Step 3

Step 1

Content pillars — so every post has a reason to exist.

We establish clear pillars tied to Mawazeen's objectives, target audience, services, initiatives and communication priorities. The pillars below are an opening proposal — they are fixed, and their weightings agreed, with Mawazeen in month one.

01

Professional authority

Angles from the depth of the discipline: valuation methodologies, regulatory developments, and what disciplined professional work actually means.

~25%
02

Services & capability

Explaining what Mawazeen offers and to whom — in language aimed at an institutional decision-maker, not a general consumer.

~20%
03

Awareness & clarity

Breaking complex ideas in legal advisory and valuation into understandable messages that keep their accuracy.

~20%
04

Occasions & seasons

National, professional and institutional calendar moments — handled with the restraint a consulting firm requires.

~15%
05

Announcements & updates

Milestones, partnerships, appointments and participations — told at the time instead of passing unrecorded.

~12%
06

Brand & culture

Values, people and ways of working — the human layer that makes a professional firm memorable.

~8%
Step 2

The monthly calendar — approved before production starts.

What the calendar contains

  • Content themes for each week, distributed across the agreed pillars.
  • The format of each asset — static, animated or reel.
  • Proposed publishing dates, so the communication rhythm stays regular and balanced.
  • The key message of each post before the full copy is written.
  • Reference notes — the service, initiative or occasion each asset draws on.

Why prior approval matters

  • Approving at calendar level is faster and cheaper than approving at finished-design level.
  • It prevents full re-work and keeps feedback inside the two included revision rounds.
  • It keeps the month balanced across pillars instead of stacking one content type.
  • It gives Mawazeen advance sight of everything published in its name — essential for a professional firm.
Steps 3, 4 & 5

The text: written, adapted, proofread.

03

Caption writing & hashtags

Concise copy for every post

Concise, relevant copy crafted for each post — carrying the key message without filler, and closing with a clear call to action where appropriate.

Hashtags
  • Strategic Arabic hashtags chosen to widen reach and visibility — not to fill space.
  • A mix of sector, professional and occasion tags depending on the pillar.
04

Bilingual adaptation

Arabic & English — not literal translation

Selected content is adapted between Arabic and English while preserving the intended meaning, tone and communication impact. Adaptation is not translation: a line that works in Arabic often needs a different construction in English to land with the same force.

The rule
  • No machine translation in any deliverable.
  • Technical terms — legal and valuation — are fixed in a glossary approved by Mawazeen.
05

Proofreading & QA

A linguistic review before every delivery

A linguistic review and proofread of all content before delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency and professional presentation. This step is mandatory and never skipped — a language error costs a consulting firm more than it costs anyone else.

What is checked
  • Spelling, grammar and punctuation in both languages.
  • Consistency of terminology, names and formal forms across the whole month.
Workstream two

23 finished creative assets every month.

Every asset is custom-designed to Mawazeen's visual identity and delivered in ready-to-publish formats — no generic templates, no recycled designs.

Content production

Three formats, each doing a different job.

15

Static creatives

Per month — the backbone of the presence

Custom-designed posts that follow Mawazeen's brand identity and deliver clear, visually appealing messages. Static is the format that carries professional authority best: one idea, readable, composed.

5

Animated creatives

Per month — to lift engagement

Motion-based visuals designed to boost engagement through dynamic storytelling. Used when a message needs sequence — a step-by-step, a figure revealing itself, a before-and-after.

3

Short reels

Per month — to increase visibility

Short, high-impact video content created to capture attention and increase visibility across platforms. Produced from available assets, design and motion — on-location filming sits outside this scope and is quoted on request.

Creative concepts

We do not design posts — we develop ideas, then execute them.

Each month carries a set of original creative concepts, developed before any design file is opened and presented inside the calendar for approval.

01

Campaigns

One idea running across several sequenced assets, instead of scattered posts with nothing tying them together.

02

Seasonal occasions

Treatments that respect Mawazeen's standing: present in the moment, without overstatement or a break in institutional tone.

03

Awareness content

Simplifying what is complex in valuation and legal advisory — the strongest content a professional firm owns.

04

Announcements & brand

Corporate announcements and brand-focused communication, in a consistent form that compounds over time.

The creative workflow

Every deliverable follows the same route — every time.

This structured workflow is what ensures consistency, accuracy and alignment with Mawazeen's brand identity and communication objectives.

Quality & consistency

Three commitments that govern every file we hand over.

Identity discipline

  • Every design follows Mawazeen's existing visual identity — logo, colour, type and spacing.
  • No visual departure from the identity without prior approval from Mawazeen.

Delivery formats

  • Ready-to-publish files at the sizes required for each approved platform.
  • The accompanying copy is delivered with each asset in one organised pack — nothing to hunt for.

Revisions policy

  • Two revision rounds included per deliverable, within the agreed scope and timeline.
  • Feedback is consolidated into one round to avoid piecemeal changes and delivery slippage.
The monthly cycle

Four weeks — then the same rhythm repeats every month.

This is a monthly production engagement, not a phased project. The chart below shows one complete month: from building the calendar to handing over all 23 assets ready to publish.

What we need from Mawazeen

The cycle above assumes these inputs.

We state them explicitly because approval delay is the single biggest cause of slippage in monthly production engagements.

Required

Inputs & access

  • One nominated contact at Mawazeen with authority to approve calendars and designs.
  • Visual identity assets — logo, colour file, fonts and any existing brand guidelines.
  • Reference material on the services, projects and initiatives the content draws on.
  • An approved glossary of legal and valuation terminology in Arabic and English.
  • Disclosure policy — what may and may not be said about clients and mandates.
Service terms

Agreed response times

  • Monthly calendar approval within 3 working days of receipt.
  • Design feedback consolidated into one round within 2 working days.
  • Legal review of any copy needing regulatory checking within 3 working days.
  • A short monthly review to discuss how the content landed and steer the next month.

Stated assumptions

What these prices do not carry.

  • Publishing and account management are not included. The scope is limited to content writing and design; Mawazeen's team owns publishing, community management and audience replies.
  • Paid advertising is not included. No ad budget, campaign management or ad reporting sits inside this fee — each is quoted separately on request.
  • Photography and video production are not included. Reels are produced from available assets, design and motion; shoot days are quoted separately.
  • Work sits inside the existing identity. Design is built on Mawazeen's current brand; any identity build or redesign falls outside this scope.
  • Font and stock-image licences, if required, are purchased in Mawazeen's name and billed at cost with no margin.
  • A regular approval rhythm is assumed, per the response times set out above; repeated approval delay may affect the monthly handover date.
